Frequently asked

Mostly the same questions every household asks.

Can I really cancel any time?

Yes. One tap in your account settings. Your recipes can be exported as a single file, and your household keeps read-only access for 90 days after cancellation, so you don't lose your week.

What counts as a "household"?

Up to 6 people sharing one workspace — partners, kids, flatmates, the in-laws who babysit on Wednesdays. Everyone sees the same plan and the same shopping list, in real time.

What does the AI actually do?

It parses recipes from URLs, merges duplicate ingredients across your plan, normalises units, and (soon) drafts plans you can edit. It doesn't write copy, it doesn't have a personality, and it can be turned off.

Do you sell my data?

No. We don't sell, share, or train on your recipes. We make money one way: subscriptions. That's it.

Is there an iPad / web / Android app?

All three, plus iOS. Real-time sync across all of them.

What happens if I export my recipes?

You get a tidy file — JSON, plus a printable PDF cookbook of every recipe you've added. It's yours, formatted nicely, with photos.
